Communication Audit
What kind of experiences are your partners having when they interact with your program? If they go online, can they find you? If they can find you, what kind of image do you present? And how do they see you based on your other materials, like flyers and newsletters?
As part of its communication audit, ElevateWBL will review all the partner-facing materials from your school, including your website, social media presence, and all communication materials – flyers, application forms, newsletters and the like – and recommend improvements to help improve your connection with your employers. For example, a review of the school website would ask questions such as: How easy is it to find information on available programs and connect with a program lead? And what information is presented that makes the program attractive to prospective partners?
These recommendations, made using our proprietary rubric and shared as a report and during a summary call, can be used to improve partner recruiting, engagement, and satisfaction.
