Partner Survey

The success of your program depends heavily on the support of your employer partners. When is the last time you asked them for their thoughts?

Elevate can do this for you by conducting an annual survey of your partners, segmented into program area. Our survey will get answers to the following questions:

• What do employers think of your program? Are students getting relevant instruction? Are they prepared for WBL experiences?
• Are your WBL programs designed well? How could they be better?
• How do they feel about your working relationship? Do they feel heard? Do they think you’re responsive?
• What suggestions do they have for improving your relationship, your WBL activities, or student preparedness for the workforce?

 

The end result is a set of employers who feel heard and who have provided invaluable feedback to help you improve your programs, allowing you to deepen your relationship with these critically important partners.

ElevateWBL uses a proven template designed to get employer feedback on their experiences with your program; you can add up to five questions to the template to capture information that may be unique to your work. We will publish the survey; you will be responsible to inviting employers to participate (response rates are higher when the sender is known). ElevateWBL will compile and analyze the results and provide you with a report on the feedback your program received.
