Partner Survey

The success of your program depends heavily on the support of your employer partners. When is the last time you asked them for their thoughts? Elevate can help you with this by conducting an annual survey of your partners, segmented into program area.

 

What we do

We will use our proprietary survey to help you get answers to the following questions:

• What do employers think of your program? Are students getting relevant instruction? Are they prepared for WBL experiences?
• Are your WBL programs designed well? How could they be better?
• How do they feel about your working relationship? Do they feel heard? Do they think you’re responsive?
• What suggestions do they have for improving your relationship, your WBL activities, or student preparedness for the workforce?

We will host the survey, including up to three custom questions you add to the mix; you will invite your partners to complete the survey anonymously over a three-week window. We will collect the responses and analyze the results.

 

What you get

ElevateWBL will provide a PDF report with an analysis of survey results, including employers as a group and results by program area. The report will provide open-ended responses from your employer partners from multiple questions, helping you get direct insights and requests from your partners. The report may be shared with your school and district leadership as well as key stakeholders such as your partners and advisory board. This service includes a call with an ElevateWBL consultant to go over the results and answer your questions.
